- Products bought using store credit, promo codes, or loyalty/reward points.
- Edible or hygiene-sensitive items such as nutritional supplements.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags or packaging.

To be eligible, all returned items must:
- Include original tags and labels.
- Be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition.
- Be returned with original product packaging. (Courier bags may be opened but should not be heavily damaged.)
